The Coria del Río City Council has approved the guidelines and the call for the hiring of temporary labor personnel within the framework of the 2026 Social Exclusion Prevention Program, endowed with 344,182.53 euros. The resolution is signed by the Deputy Mayor delegated for Human Resources, Internal Regime, and Cleaning, Silvia Gracia Galán, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville (BOP) No. 211, dated Friday, October 30, 2026, with official reference BOP-SE-2026-211007 and file number 2026/ISU_01/000004.
The provincial grant and the distribution of funding
The agreement is based on Resolution No. 3725/2026, of October 28, issued by delegation of the Mayor’s Office, which approves the call and the guidelines signed by the delegate herself on October 21, 2026. The call derives from the grant awarded to the Council through Resolution No. 5829/2026, of August 20, 2026, from the Deputy Delegate of the Social Cohesion and Equality Area of the Provincial Council of Seville, within the Provincial Social Cohesion and Equality Plan 2024-2027.
The economic distribution of the program is as follows:
- Contribution from the Provincial Council of Seville: 312,893.21 euros.
- Municipal contribution: 31,289.32 euros.
- Program total: 344,182.53 euros.
The file includes favorable report TAG No. 040/2026, of October 28, issued by the General Administration Technician for Human Resources, and was reported to the General Negotiation Table at the meeting on October 22, 2026. The resolution also agrees to the urgent processing of the procedure in accordance with Article 33 of Law 39/2015, in order to expedite hirings intended to address situations of socioeconomic need.

Eligible recipients may be persons of working age who are registered on the census in Coria del Río as of January 1, 2026, can prove their unemployment status, and belong to a family unit within these income thresholds, referred to the IPREM (Public Indicator of Multiple Effects), set at 600 euros per month and 7,200 euros per year:
- Single-member units (up to 1.5 times the IPREM): 900 euros per month and 10,800 per year.
- Two-member units (up to 1.8 times): 1,080 euros per month and 12,960 per year.
- Three-member units (up to 2.1 times): 1,260 euros per month and 15,120 per year.
- Four-member units (up to 2.4 times): 1,440 euros per month and 17,280 per year.
- Five-member units (up to 2.7 times): 1,620 euros per month and 19,440 per year.
- For each additional member from the sixth onwards: 180 euros per month and 2,160 per year.
Income will be calculated based on the average of the twelve months prior to the start of the application period. Preferred recipients, in this order, are people living alone, family units at risk of social exclusion, and those who may be at risk of exclusion.
Ten business days deadline and offer by telephone
Applications shall be submitted at the «Pastora Soler» Villa Cultural Center, on Cal Street, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 hours, or electronically via the municipal Electronic Office, within a period of ten business days from the day following the publication of the rules. Municipal social workers will issue a mandatory social report and a Technical Valuation Commission will prepare the list in order of priority; the provisional list will accept claims for five business days and the provisional resolution for three business days.
Contracts until 2027 and priority for new beneficiaries
Hiring will be formalized through the “contract for the improvement of employability and labor insertion” modality, in accordance with the ninth additional provision of Law 3/2023, of February 28, on Employment, and must be completed by December 31, 2027, with days exceeding that date not being eligible for subsidies. The process is subject to the effective receipt of funds from the Provincial Council (Diputación) and the tasks will have a special impact on community-based work.
The job offer will be made preferably by telephone call to the number provided in the application, with up to two attempts separated by at least two hours; the person must accept or decline within two business days. Priority will be given to those who have not been recipients of the program in 2023, 2024, and 2025. For matters not provided for, the regulatory bases published in the BOP of Seville no. 106, of June 4, 2026, and the provincial call approved by the Plenary of the Provincial Council on June 25, 2026, shall apply.
The program activates a temporary employment mechanism that combines provincial and municipal funding to assist residents in situations of economic vulnerability, with a priority order that favors those living alone and family units with the lowest income. The urgent processing shortens the deadlines so that hiring reaches the beneficiaries as soon as possible, although the process is conditioned on the effective collection of the provincial subsidy.
