Chiloeches opens public information for the new urbanization project of Sector 2

The Chiloeches City Council has opened a twenty-day public information period for the new urbanization project for Sector 2 of the Municipal Planning Plan, the wastewater and stormwater collectors SAN-S2 and PLU-S2, and the addendum containing the list of affected assets and rights. The measure was adopted by Mayoral Resolution 2026-0829, dated September 29, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara No. 196, dated October 14, 2026, via an announcement dated October 8 (file 261/2026).

A project presented by the urban development agent

The four documents submitted for exhibition—the new urbanization project for Sector 2 of the Municipal Planning Plan of Chiloeches, the Collector Project SAN-S2 Chiloeches v2, the Collector Project PLU-S2 Chiloeches, and the Addendum: List of Affected Assets and Rights—have been presented by Ingeniería, Construcción y Planificación de Inversiones S.L., in its capacity as the urban development agent.

The twenty-day period is calculated from the final publication of the edict, which will be inserted in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara, the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, and, simultaneously or subsequently, in one of the newspapers with the widest local circulation. The announcement will also be disseminated by electronic means through the municipal electronic office.

During this period, the document will be deposited for consultation at the municipal offices and accessible via telematic means, and interested parties may submit any allegations they deem appropriate.

Wastewater and stormwater collectors

The list of affected assets and rights corresponds to the wastewater and stormwater collector projects for the urbanization of Sector 2. The list includes 17 estates, several of them with sub-plots, all within the municipality of Chiloeches. Among the owners are:

• Chiloeches City Council (plots 9023, 9025, 9082, 9048, and reference 1117314VK8911N0001EJ).
• Palau Cerámica de Chiloeches S.L. (plots 758 and 757, with sub-plots a, b, and c).
• Cementos Asland S.A. (plot 730).
• Tagus Hydrographic Confederation (plots 9022 and 9029).
• Provincial Council of Guadalajara (plot 9002).
• Palau Casañé Fernando (plots 428 and 6447, with sub-plots a and b).
• Hyseni Mukaj Altin and Les Losantos María Aránzazu (plot 659).
• Antonio Pérez Vázquez (plot 658).
• García Fernández Manuela (plot 6444).
• Fernández Morcillo Tomás (Heirs of) (plot 6446).

Areas, expropriations, and easements

The cadastral areas of the affected properties range from 298 square meters for sub-plot 14.b to 142,101 square meters for plot 757. The compulsory expropriation is limited to very small strips: 48 m² in plot 428, 16 m² in plot 6446 and in reference 1117314VK8911N0001EJ, 16.84 m² in plot 6444, and 7.16 m² in plot 6447.

The most extensive easements correspond to plot 9082 (5,162.84 m²), plot 428 (3,211.26 m²), plot 758 (2,933.03 m²), and plot 6446 (1,672.59 m²). Temporary occupations range from 27.46 m² for plot 9025 to 3,211.26 m² for plot 428. The affected land uses include, among others:

• Public domain communication route (VT).
• Pastures (E-Pastos) and wasteland for grazing (E-Erial a pastos).
• Dryland farming or tillage (C) and irrigated farming or tillage (CR).
• Natural hydrography (HG).
• Unproductive (I).

Allegations and file consultation

The announcement was signed in Chiloeches on October 8, 2026, by the mayor, Marcos Cascajero Cascajero. Allegations must be submitted within the twenty-day period enabled from the last of the scheduled publications, at the municipal offices or electronically.

Sector 2 is one of the residential development areas of Chiloeches, one of the fastest-growing municipalities in the Corredor del Henares; therefore, the processing directly affects landowners and residents and determines the future sanitation and storm drainage network of the municipality.
