Castilla-La Mancha publica el convenio de AESNAT con vigencia hasta 2031

The Regional Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha has ordered the registration and publication of the collective agreement of the company Actuaciones y Estudios de la Naturaleza SLNE (AESNAT SLNE), with a declared validity from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2031. The text appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara No. 187, dated September 30, 2026, and the resolution is signed by the provincial delegate Susana Blas Esteban in Guadalajara on September 21, 2026.

Registration and Official Procedures

The agreement provides, in its first point, for the registration of the text in the Registry of Collective Labor Agreements and Accords of the Provincial Delegation of Guadalajara and, in the second, for its free publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara.

The agreement was entered into the electronic registry on July 15, 2026, and was corrected on September 4, 2026. The resolution is based on Article 90, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the Workers’ Statute, as well as Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, and Decree 64/2025, of September 9, among other applicable regulations.

The text was negotiated by the management of AESNAT SLNE and by the company’s staff delegates in Guadalajara on September 18, 2023. The header sets the validity between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2031, while Article 3 of the document itself indicates its entry into force on October 1, 2024, and a duration until December 31, 2029.

Scope, Working Hours and Vacations

The agreement regulates the relations between the company and its entire workforce, with a territorial scope covering the peninsular territory. The workplace is defined as the mountain, road, or municipal district associated with each contract, and the central offices for office staff.

  • Maximum working day: 40 hours of actual work per week, 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
  • Winter schedule: 8:00-12:00 and 12:30-16:30; in summer, 7:00-11:00 and 11:30-15:00.
  • Office schedule: 8:00-17:00 with a half-hour lunch break from Monday to Thursday, and from 8:00 to 14:00 on Fridays.
  • Vacations: 22 working days, 11 by decision of the company and 11 at the worker’s free disposal.
  • Probationary period: 90 days for all newly hired personnel.

Remuneration and Professional Classification

The salary tables refer to the state collective agreement for the forestry sector published in the BOE on July 11, 2019. Among the amounts recorded for 2021 are:

  • Higher university degree personnel: 1,237.26 euros monthly and 17,321.67 euros annually.
  • Forestry laborer personnel: 1,000 euros monthly and 14,000 euros annually.
  • Overtime: 7.50 euros per hour.
  • Work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays: 20% increase in the daily wage.

The text warns that, if a Minimum Interprofessional Wage (SMI) higher than the tables were to be approved, the SMI will be applied. The professional classification is organized into three groups and includes categories such as technician, supervisor, forestry foreman, specialist, and laborer.

Oversight, equality, and disciplinary regime

A Joint Parity Commission is established, composed of one representative from the company and one from the workers, with functions of interpretation, oversight, and conciliation, meeting within a maximum period of 15 days from the call.

Regarding equality, the company and the workers’ representation commit to negotiating an equality plan once the legal number of workers is reached and to having a protocol against sexual harassment and harassment based on sex. The disciplinary regime provides for verbal or written warnings for minor offenses, salary suspension from 2 to 30 days for serious offenses, and from 30 to 60 days or dismissal for very serious offenses.

The agreement sets the labor conditions for the staff of AESNAT SLNE over several fiscal years and orders its official publication, which provides legal certainty to the company and workers and allows union representation to monitor its compliance.
