Por FactBox Admin

The Court of Audit of Castilla-La Mancha has announced the singularized merit-based competition CSM CCCLM 02/2026 to fill two vacant job positions with budgetary allocations within the organization. The call is formalized through the Resolution of 10/16/2026, from the Presidency of the Court, signed by Fernando Andújar Hernández, and is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 201, dated October 20, 2026, within section II of Authorities and Personnel (reference 2026/7602).
The competition is based on article 24.2 of Law 7/2021, of December 3, of the Court of Audit of Castilla-La Mancha, and article 99 of its Organization and Operation Regulations, in relation to article 68 of Law 4/2011, of March 10, on Public Employment of Castilla-La Mancha and article 8 of Decree 74/2002, of May 14, on the Provision of Job Positions. The process incorporates the organization’s commitment to equal opportunities in accordance with its Equality Plan, approved by resolution of the Presidency on October 31, 2024, and published in DOCM number 218, dated November 11, 2024.
Two positions in Toledo: auditing and IT
Annex I of the resolution details the two offered positions, both with full-time hours and the workplace located at the headquarters of the Court of Audit in Toledo:
- Audit and Inspection Verifier (code 04), functional area 001 of Audit and Inspection, group A1/A2, level 25 and a specific supplement of 17,654.88 euros. Open to civil servants from other public administrations and the scales of the regional Administration.
- ICT Technician (code 12), functional area 004 of Informatics, group A2/C1, level 22 and a specific supplement of 15,443.04 euros. Reserved for the Technical Systems and Informatics Scale and the Administrative Informatics Scale of the regional Administration or equivalents from other administrations.
The auditing position involves, under the supervision of the team leader, the analysis and review of accounts, financial statements, and internal control of the audited entities, as well as the preparation of working papers. The ICT position is assigned to the Informatics Area under the General Secretariat and covers user support, administration of systems infrastructure, and analyst-programmer and data functions.
Fifteen business days and electronic processing
Career civil servants from any public administration belonging to groups A1 or A2 may participate for position code 04, or groups A2 or C1 for code 12. Those with a permanent assignment may only apply if two years have passed since taking office in their last assignment, unless they opt for a different location.
Applications shall be submitted within 15 business days starting from the day following the publication in the DOCM, electronically and with an electronic signature through the institution’s electronic office. Annexes II and III for the accreditation of requirements, merits, and experience must be attached, with an additional period of one month from the end of the call to provide the certificates.
100-point scale and mandatory memorandum
The maximum valuation is 100 points, divided into two phases. The general merits phase grants up to 55 points: 15 for consolidated personal grade, 15 for the level of the position held in the last four years, 10 for training courses, and 15 for seniority. The specific merits phase adds up to 45 points: 20 for experience, 15 for specific training, and 10 for a memorandum of a maximum of ten pages in Arial 12.
The Valuation Commission will consist of a Presidency, a Secretariat, and three members, all of whom shall be career civil servants of group A1 with a grade equal to or higher than level 25. The provisional award will be published in the DOCM and will open a period of ten business days for claims; the call must be resolved within a maximum of four months.
Non-waivable destination and without compensation
The transfer derived from the competition will be considered voluntary and will not generate a right to compensation. Those who obtain a destination may not participate in transfer competitions until two years have passed since taking office. Against the resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the High Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha within two months and, optionally, a request for reversal before the President within one month.
The call opens a mobility route toward an external control body for career civil servants from all over Spain, with two technical profiles rarely offered in the regional administration and a process regulated by an objective scale, which is relevant for those seeking to consolidate their career in the field of economic-financial control of the public sector.
