Cádiz inhabilita cinco años a los Narváez Ruz por concurso culpable

The Commercial Section of the Court of First Instance of Cádiz has declared the bankruptcy of El Huerto del Abuelo, S.L. to be culpable and has disqualified Miguel Narváez Ruz and Andrés Narváez Ruz for five years from managing third-party assets and from representing or managing any person. The resolution has been final since March 23, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) no. 191, dated October 2, 2026, under the official reference BORME-A-2026-191-11 (p. 46369).

The announcement appears in the First Section of the BORME, dedicated to Entrepreneurs and Registered Acts, within the heading corresponding to the province of Cádiz. The registration was carried out on September 25, 2026, once the qualification judgment became final, and affects bankruptcy proceeding 139/2024 of the Cádiz-based company.

The judgment and its scope

The ruling was issued by the Commercial Section of the Court of First Instance of Cádiz, Plaza nº 2, with Magistrate Juan Francisco Santana Miralles as the reporting judge, and qualifies the bankruptcy as culpable. The agreed resolution is a judgment of culpable qualification with the disqualification of the company’s two administrators.

The registry terms of the disqualification are as follows:

  • Miguel Narváez Ruz, with NIF 34048413H.
  • Andrés Narváez Ruz, with NIF 75806586N.
  • Duration: five years, without additional months or days.
  • Effective date: until March 23, 2031.
  • Scope: managing third-party assets and representing or managing any person.

Effects on other companies

The disqualification is not limited to the company in bankruptcy. On the same date and by the same resolution, the BORME registers the effect on Jardinería y Animales Jara, S.L., a company in which Andrés Narváez Ruz appeared as the sole administrator. The entry specifies that he is disqualified from managing third-party assets and from representing or managing any person for a period of five years, pursuant to Judgment 25/2026 of the Commercial Section of the Court of First Instance of Cádiz, Plaza nº 2, issued on March 23, 2026.

The registry data for this second entry refer to volume S 8, page CA 12813, entry I/A 4, carried out on September 25, 2026.

Registry background

El Huerto del Abuelo, S.L. was established as a limited liability company through the transformation of a civil society, beginning operations on December 23, 2015, and domiciled in Conil de la Frontera (Cádiz), with a capital of 4,000 euros. In its incorporation, published in the BORME of August 17, 2016, Andrés Narváez Ruz and Miguel Narváez Ruz were designated as joint administrators. In January 2017, the BORME recorded their appointment as joint and several proxies of the same company.

The registration sheet of the company in insolvency proceedings is CA 49418, with entry I/A 3 corresponding to the now-published annotation.

Impact

The publication registrationally closes an insolvency proceeding opened in 2024 and extends its consequences to two administrators with a presence in more than one company in Cádiz. The five-year disqualification prevents them, until March 2031, from managing third-party assets or representing any person, a limit that conditions their business activity in the province of Cádiz and remains available to third parties through the mercantile registry.
