Cádiz grants PROCASA the land at Merced 28 to build affordable housing

The Cádiz City Council has opened the proceedings to grant the free transfer to Promoción y Gestión de Viviendas de Cádiz, S.A. (PROCASA) of a property from the Municipal Land Heritage located at 28 Merced Street, for the purpose of constructing a new subsidized housing building.
