ADRBalears auctions four industrial warehouses in Felanitx …

The Regional Development Agency of the Balearic Islands (ADRBalears) has opened the public auction of four modular industrial warehouses in the Felanitx industrial estate, with a starting price of 300,773.63 euros (excluding VAT) per warehouse. The announcement, with file number 1/2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands (BOIB) no. 127, dated October 8, 2026, and sets the auction for November 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the agency’s headquarters in Palma.

Four modular warehouses on Puig de Sant Nicolau Street

The assets subject to the auction are four modular industrial warehouses located at Puig de Sant Nicolau Street, 12, plot 10 of the Felanitx industrial estate. The global cadastral reference is 2186808/ED1628N/0001/LQ and each warehouse represents a 25% share of the whole. The properties are registered in the Property Registry of Felanitx no. 1, free of charges:

Warehouse 1: property 52391, 200.68 m² built.
Warehouse 2: property 52392, 198.95 m².
Warehouse 3: property 52393, 198.95 m².
Warehouse 4: property 52394, 200.68 m².

Together, the four warehouses total 799.26 m² built and an aggregate starting value of 1,203,094.52 euros.

Requirements, guarantees, and calendar

The disposal was approved by agreement of the Management Council of ADRBalears on June 8, 2026, which declared the properties alienable and authorized the sale via public auction. The procedure establishes:

Bidding price: 300,773.63 euros per warehouse, excluding VAT.
Bid guarantee: 20% of the starting price of the warehouse being bid for, i.e., 60,154.73 euros.
Date and place of the auction: November 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the ADRBalears offices, Plaça de Son Castelló, 1, Palma.
Deadline to execute the public deed: three months from the notification of the award.
Minimum validity period of the bids: three months from the opening of the envelopes.

Offers may be submitted during the 20 business days following the day after the publication of the announcement, until 12:00 PM, electronically via the Public Sector Procurement Platform, through the contractor profile of ADRBalears. Context: who is ADRBalears

ADRBalears is a public business entity as provided for in article 2.1.b) of Law 7/2010, of July 21, on the instrumental public sector of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands, attached to the Department of Enterprise, Freelancers and Energy. Among its functions is the promotion of industrial land and infrastructure, and in recent months it has promoted actions such as the industrial business incubator center of Menorca, declared a project of special strategic autonomous interest by agreement of the Governing Council on October 2, 2026.
