State and Generalitat agree to negotiate the law against hyper-regulation
The Bilateral Cooperation Commission of the General State Administration-Generalitat publishes two agreements in the BOE that resolve the discrepancies regarding Decree-law 14/2025 and open negotiations on Law 3/2026 on measures against hyper-regulation and the guarantee of the single market.

La Comisión Bilateral de Cooperación Administración General del Estado-Generalitat publica en el BOE dos acuerdos que dan por solventadas las discrepancias sobre el Decreto-ley 14/2025 y abren negociaciones sobre la Ley 3/2026 de medidas frente a la hiperregulación y garantía de la unidad de mercado.
