Villacarrillo initially approves the ordinance for animal ownership and protection
The Plenary of the Villacarrillo City Council has initially approved the municipal ordinance that will regulate the ownership and protection of animals, published in the BOP of Jaén. Residents and collectives have 30 days to submit allegations.
