Ecuador updates subheadings with differentiated ISD rates for 2026

The Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, and Investments replaces the annex of tariff subheadings benefiting from the differentiated rate of the Currency Outflow Tax (ISD) for 2026, with 1,123 items across productive sectors (2.5%) and the pharmaceutical sector (0%). The measure is published in Official Registry No. 361 on September 3, 2026.

Ecuador actualiza subpartidas con tarifa diferenciada del ISD 2026

El Ministerio de Producción, Comercio Exterior e Inversiones sustituye el anexo de subpartidas arancelarias beneficiarias de la tarifa diferenciada del Impuesto a la Salida de Divisas (ISD) para 2026, con 1.123 partidas entre sectores productivos (2,5%) y farmacéutico (0%). La medida se publica en el Registro Oficial Nº 361 del 3 de septiembre de 2026.
