Fageca suspende por dos años las licencias de viviendas turísticas

El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Fageca aprobó el 7 de agosto de 2026 iniciar un Plan de Ordenación de los Recursos Turísticos y suspender hasta dos años las nuevas licencias y declaraciones responsables de viviendas de uso turístico en todo el municipio. La decisión se publica en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Alicante número 152, de 13 de agosto de 2026 (anuncio 6242/2026).

Fageca suspends for two years the licenses of tourist homes

The Full Council of Fageca City Council approved on 7 August 2026 to initiate a Plan for the Management of Tourist Resources and to suspend for up to two years new licenses and responsible declarations for tourist-use dwellings throughout the municipality. The decision is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante, number 152, of 13 August 2026 (notice 6242/2026).
