La Secretaría de Minería aprueba el nuevo Registro de Inversiones Mineras
La Secretaría de Minería del Ministerio de Economía aprobó el sistema Registro de Inversiones Mineras (RIM) y adecuó la resolución 30/2018 al decreto 482/2026, regulando el Seguro Ambiental Obligatorio y derogando cuatro resoluciones históricas. La medida, publicada en el Boletín Oficial del 19 de agosto de 2026, impacta a todos los beneficiarios de la ley 24.196.

The Secretariat of Mining approves the new Mining Investment Registry
The Mining Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy approved the Mining Investment Registry (RIM) system and adapted resolution 30/2018 to decree 482/2026, regulating the Mandatory Environmental Insurance and repealing four historical resolutions. The measure, published in the Official Gazette on August 19, 2026, impacts all beneficiaries of law 24.196.
