PIB Group Iberia absorbs Vive Healthcare and consolidates its healthcare business

The insurance brokerage PIB Group Iberia absorbs the health firm Vive Healthcare, with the dissolution without liquidation of the absorbed entity and the transfer of all its assets, rights, and obligations. The agreement, approved on August 13, 2026, is published in the BORME on September 2.

La correduría de seguros PIB Group Iberia absorbe la firma de salud Vive Healthcare, con disolución sin liquidación de la absorbida y traspaso de todos sus bienes, derechos y obligaciones. El acuerdo, aprobado el 13 de agosto de 2026, se publica en el BORME del 2 de septiembre.
