Three administrations agree on the urban planning suspension of the refinery lands

The Official Gazette of the Canary Islands publishes the agreement by which the Government of the Canary Islands, the Cabildo of Tenerife and the City Council of Santa Cruz co-finance with 650,000 euros the suspension of the planning instruments for the refinery lands and the transitional rules that will prepare their urban reconversion.

Tres administraciones pactan la suspensión urbanística de los suelos de la refinería

El Boletín Oficial de Canarias publica el convenio por el que el Gobierno de Canarias, el Cabildo de Tenerife y el Ayuntamiento de Santa Cruz cofinancian con 650.000 euros la suspensión de los instrumentos de ordenación de los suelos de la refinería y las normas transitorias que prepararán su reconversión urbana.
