Ceuta habilita la alerta Es-Alert ante una fuga de amoniaco en el puerto

El Gobierno de Ceuta aprueba un protocolo que autoriza a la Sala 112 a emitir de forma inmediata el aviso masivo Es-Alert con mensaje de confinamiento ante una fuga de amoniaco anhidro en el puerto. La medida se publica en el BOCCE nº 6.648 del 1 de septiembre de 2026.

Ceuta approves protocol for ammonia leaks at the port

The Autonomous City of Ceuta approves Technical Civil Protection Instruction 2026-004 to manage accidents involving anhydrous ammonia, a propulsion fuel for the merchant navy that can be stored in quantities of up to 1,400 tons on ships anchored next to the city.

Ceuta activates the Es-Alert alert due to an ammonia leak at the port

The Government of Ceuta approves a protocol that authorizes the 112 Control Room to immediately issue the Es-Alert mass notification with a lockdown message in the event of an anhydrous ammonia leak at the port. The measure is published in the BOCCE No. 6,648 on September 1, 2026.

Ceuta aprueba protocolo ante fugas de amoniaco en el puerto

La Ciudad Autónoma de Ceuta aprueba la Instrucción Técnica de Protección Civil 2026-004 para gestionar accidentes con amoniaco anhidro, combustible de propulsión de la marina mercante que puede almacenar hasta 1.400 toneladas en buques fondeados junto a la ciudad.
