El PGOU de Albacete cataloga el Edificio Belda como bien protegido
La Consejería de Fomento de Castilla-La Mancha aprobó definitivamente la modificación puntual 62 del PGOU de Albacete, que incorpora el Edificio Belda al Catálogo de Bienes y Espacios Protegidos con protección ambiental. La resolución se publica en el BOP de Albacete del 2 de septiembre de 2026.

The PGOU of Albacete catalogs the Belda Building as a protected asset
The Regional Ministry of Development of Castilla-La Mancha has definitively approved specific modification 62 of the PGOU (General Urban Development Plan) of Albacete, which incorporates the Belda Building into the Catalogue of Protected Assets and Spaces with environmental protection. The resolution is published in the BOP (Official Provincial Gazette) of Albacete on September 2, 2026.
