Guadalajara approves coexistence ordinance with fines of up to 3,000 euros

The Plenary of the Guadalajara City Council initially approved a comprehensive amendment to the ordinance on citizen coexistence in public spaces, which introduces a new sanctioning regime and expands the regulation of behaviors such as graffiti, alcohol consumption, begging, and vandalism.

Guadalajara aprueba ordenanza de convivencia con multas de hasta 3.000 euros

El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Guadalajara aprobó inicialmente una modificación integral de la ordenanza de convivencia ciudadana en el espacio público, que introduce un nuevo régimen sancionador y amplía la regulación de conductas como grafitis, consumo de alcohol, mendicidad y vandalismo.
