Destituyen a jueza de paz de Aucallama por funciones notariales indebidas

Justice of the Peace of Aucallama dismissed for improper notarial functions
The Executive Council of the Judiciary dismissed the Justice of the Peace of the Second Nomination of Aucallama, Carmen Rosa Castillo Pretel, for exercising notarial functions without jurisdiction. The measure was published in the Official Gazette El Peruano on September 3, 2026.
