The Government regulates lobbies and creates a mandatory state registry
The Council of Ministers approves Royal Decree-law 21/2026, of August 25, which regulates the activity of interest groups and creates a public and mandatory state registry managed by the Council for Transparency and Good Governance. The regulation is published in the Official State Gazette number 209, of August 26, 2026.

El Gobierno regula los lobbies y crea un registro estatal obligatorio
El Consejo de Ministros aprueba el Real Decreto-ley 21/2026, de 25 de agosto, que regula la actividad de los grupos de interés y crea un registro estatal público y obligatorio gestionado por el Consejo de Transparencia y Buen Gobierno. La norma se publica en el Boletín Oficial del Estado número 209, de 26 de agosto de 2026.
