Elgeako bateria-planta ez dute ingurumen-ebaluazio arruntera bidaliko, neurriak betez gero

ABEI Green Energy, S.L.-k sustatutako BESS Stand Alone Elgea biltegiratze-planta ez da ingurumen-inpaktuaren ebaluazio arruntera bidaliko, betiere ebazpenean ezarritako babes- eta zuzenketa-neurriak betetzen badira. Hala erabaki du Eusko Jaurlaritzaren Administrazio Ambientalaren Zuzendaritzak, eta erabakia 2026ko abuztuaren 12an argitaratu da Euskal Herriko Agintaritzaren Aldizkarian.

The Elgea battery plant will not be sent for a regular environmental assessment if the measures are met.

ABEI Green Energy, S.L.-promoted storage plant BESS Stand Alone Elgea will not be referred to the ordinary environmental impact assessment, provided that the protection and correction measures established in the resolution are met. This was decided by the Directorate of Environmental Administration of the Basque Government, and the decision was published in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country on August 12, 2026.
