La Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM) ha concedido a F. The SPTO grants Roche the supplementary protection certificate for inavolisib
The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) has granted F. Hoffmann-La Roche the supplementary protection certificate (SPC) for the oncology drug inavolisib, extending its exclusivity until July 22, 2040. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of Industrial Property on September 3, 2026.
