UARIV traslada al Secretario General la gestión del Fondo de Víctimas

La Unidad para las Víctimas reasigna la competencia contractual y de ordenación del gasto del Fondo de Reparación, que pasa de la Oficina Asesora Jurídica al Secretario General, e incluye el pago de indemnizaciones ordenadas por la Corte Interamericana. La medida se publica en el Diario Oficial del 2 de septiembre de 2026.

UARIV transfers the management of the Victims' Fund to the Secretary General

The Victims Unit reassigns the contractual and expenditure ordering authority of the Reparation Fund, which transfers from the Legal Advisory Office to the Secretary General, and includes the payment of indemnities ordered by the Inter-American Court. The measure is published in the Official Gazette on September 2, 2026.
