Chile aprueba avenimiento que cierra arbitraje CIADI por aeropuerto

El Gobierno de Chile aprobó el avenimiento que pone fin al arbitraje internacional de USD 428,2 millones promovido por ADP International S.A. y Vinci Airports S.A.S. contra el Estado por la concesión del Aeropuerto Arturo Merino Benítez, con una extensión de 36 meses del contrato. La decisión se publica en el Diario Oficial de la República de Chile del 3 de septiembre de 2026.

Chile approves settlement that closes ICSID arbitration over airport

The Government of Chile approved the settlement that ends the USD 428.2 million international arbitration brought by ADP International S.A. and Vinci Airports S.A.S. against the State regarding the concession of the Arturo Merino Benítez Airport, with a 36-month extension of the contract. The decision is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Chile on September 3, 2026.
