Reform of EU-cofinanced fisheries and aquaculture aid

Royal Decree 683/2026, of August 26, reforms the aid regime for professional fishing and aquaculture organizations co-financed by the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF) and streamlines the management of the fishing fleet. The regulation is published in the Official State Gazette number 211, of August 27, 2026.

Reforma de las ayudas a la pesca y la acuicultura cofinanciadas por la UE

El Real Decreto 683/2026, de 26 de agosto, reforma el régimen de ayudas a las organizaciones profesionales de pesca y acuicultura cofinanciadas por el Fondo Europeo Marítimo y de Pesca (FEMPA) y flexibiliza la gestión de la flota pesquera. La norma se publica en el Boletín Oficial del Estado número 211, de 27 de agosto de 2026.
