CNMC y AEPD firman convenio de cooperación para el ámbito digital

La Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia y la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos han suscrito un convenio de cooperación para coordinar la aplicación del Reglamento de Servicios Digitales y otras normas sectoriales. El acuerdo, firmado el 9 de junio de 2026, se publica en el BOE del 1 de septiembre.

CNMC and AEPD sign cooperation agreement for the digital sphere

The National Commission on Markets and Competition and the Spanish Data Protection Agency have signed a cooperation agreement to coordinate the application of the Digital Services Act and other sectoral regulations. The agreement, signed on June 9, 2026, is published in the BOE on September 1.
