Albarracín aprueba el PERI de la antigua fábrica de Maderas Martínez

El Ayuntamiento de Albarracín ha aprobado inicialmente el Plan Especial de Reforma Interior (PERI) que afecta a la antigua Fábrica de Maderas Martínez, S.L., situada en pleno casco histórico de la localidad, declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad. El anuncio, publicado en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Teruel, abre un plazo de un mes para información pública y alegaciones.

Albarracín approves the PERI for the former Maderas Martínez factory

The City Council of Albarracín has initially approved the Special Interior Reform Plan (PERI) affecting the former Fábrica de Maderas Martínez, S.L., located in the heart of the town’s historic center, declared a World Heritage Site. The announcement, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel, opens a one-month period for public information and objections.
