La Cistérniga approves sector 10 with 397 homes and protected housing
The City Council of La Cistérniga (Valladolid) has definitively approved the compensation action project for sector 10 of the PGOU (General Urban Development Plan), featuring 397 homes, 512 parking spaces, and the transfer of 15% of the development rights to subsidized housing. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León on August 24, 2026.

La Cistérniga aprueba el sector 10 con 397 viviendas y vivienda protegida
El Ayuntamiento de La Cistérniga (Valladolid) ha aprobado definitivamente el proyecto de actuación por compensación del sector 10 del PGOU, con 397 viviendas, 512 plazas de aparcamiento y cesión del 15% del aprovechamiento a vivienda protegida. El acuerdo se publica en el Boletín Oficial de Castilla y León del 24 de agosto de 2026.
