Barcelona announces 2026-2028 grants to replace combustion mopeds with electric ones

The Barcelona City Council is opening a multi-year call for applications totaling 5.2 million euros to promote electric mobility and the replacement and scrapping of combustion mopeds, within the framework of the Climate Plan 2030. Applications may be submitted from September 15, 2026, to September 30, 2028.
