Alcalá de Henares obliga a inspección técnica a edificios de más de treinta años

El Ayuntamiento de Alcalá de Henares publica la relación anual de edificios obligados a presentar el Informe de Evaluación o de Inspección Técnica, afectando a propietarios de viviendas colectivas de más de 30 y 50 años. La medida se publica en el BOCM del 28 de agosto de 2026.

Alcalá de Henares mandates technical inspections for buildings over thirty years old

The City Council of Alcalá de Henares publishes the annual list of buildings required to submit the Evaluation Report or Technical Inspection, affecting owners of collective housing over 30 and 50 years old. The measure is published in the BOCM on August 28, 2026.

Convocadas las actas previas de la línea de 220 kV Anchuelo-Complutum

La Comunidad de Madrid convoca a los propietarios de fincas afectadas por la nueva línea eléctrica de 220 kV entre Anchuelo y Complutum al levantamiento de actas previas a la ocupación, que se celebrará a finales de septiembre y principios de octubre. La expropiación forzosa de bienes y derechos corre a cargo de Red Eléctrica de España, S. A. U. como entidad beneficiaria.

Previous records for the 220 kV Anchuelo-Complutum line have been convened

The Community of Madrid calls upon the owners of properties affected by the new 220 kV power line between Anchuelo and Complutum to the drawing up of records prior to occupation, which will take place in late September and early October. The compulsory expropriation of assets and rights is the responsibility of Red Eléctrica de España, S. A. U. as the beneficiary entity.
