Alboraya suspende un año las licencias hoteleras en todo el municipio

El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alboraya ha acordado suspender cautelarmente durante un año la tramitación y el otorgamiento de licencias para nuevos usos terciarios hoteleros en todo el término municipal, mientras estudia la reforma de su ordenación urbanística. La medida se publica en el Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana del 2 de septiembre de 2026.

Alboraya suspends hotel licenses across the entire municipality for one year

The Plenary of the Alboraya City Council has agreed to cautiously suspend for one year the processing and granting of licenses for new tertiary hotel uses throughout the municipal district, while it studies the reform of its urban planning. The measure is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana on September 2, 2026.
