The Official Gazette corrects errors in the decisions regarding signature delegation and the approval of contracts

The Moroccan Official Gazette published in its issue 7536-bis dated August 21, 2026, corrections for errors that occurred in issue 7534, relating to decisions on the delegation of signature and the approval of contracts issued by the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance in charge of the Budget, concerning the names of the delegates and their territorial jurisdictions.

الجريدة الرسمية تصحح أخطاء قرارات تفويض الإمضاء والمصادقة على الصفقات

نشرت الجريدة الرسمية المغربية في عددها 7536-مكرر بتاريخ 21 أغسطس 2026 استدراكات لأخطاء وقعت في العدد 7534، تتعلق بقرارات تفويض الإمضاء والمصادقة على الصفقات الصادرة عن الوزير المنتدب لدى وزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية المكلف بالميزانية، وتهم أسماء المفوض إليهم واختصاصاتهم الترابية.

El Boletín Oficial corrige errores en las decisiones de delegación de firma y validación de contratos

El Boletín Oficial de Marruecos publicó en su número 7536-bis, con fecha 21 de agosto de 2026, correcciones de errores cometidos en el número 7534, relativos a las decisiones de delegación de firma y aprobación de contratos emitidas por el Ministro Delegado junto a la Ministra de Economía y Finanzas encargado del Presupuesto, referentes a los nombres de los delegados y sus competencias territoriales.
