The Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante (No. 152, of August 13, 2026) publishes the Resolution of the Territorial Directorate of Employment and Labora of Alicante ordering the official registration and publication of the collective bargaining agreement of the company HERMANOS LÓPEZ LLORET, S.A. for its workplace in Villajoyosa. The text, sent to the Collective Agreements Registry of Alicante on May 28, 2026 and signed by the legal representatives of the company and of the workers, sets the working hours, wage scales, and leaves for the workforce.
The resolution is signed on August 5, 2026 by the territorial director, Cortes María Martínez de las Heras, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 21 and 22.5 of Order 2/2026, of May 12, of the First Vice Presidency and Ministry of Housing, Employment, Youth and Equality, which implements Decree 19/2026, of February 13, of the Consell. The formal control of the registration complies with the limits established by the Supreme Court in its Judgment 461/2025, of May 20, 2025, and with Article 90 of the Workers’ Statute, with Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on registration and deposit of collective agreements, and with Order 37/2010, of September 24, of the Generalitat.
Validity and working hours
The agreement, negotiated in the Negotiating Committee constituted on February 24, 2026, is in force from the day of its publication in the gazette, although its economic conditions are applied retroactively from January 1, 2026 and its duration extends until December 31, 2029. It establishes an annual working time of 1,784 hours of actual work, with a 15-minute break for a snack not counted as working time, and allows exceeding 40 hours per week during periods of higher production, with compensation for the excess throughout the year.
Vacations will be 22 working days per year, with at least three consecutive weeks, and the calendar must be set at least two months in advance. Notice of termination of the agreement for the purpose of review or rescission must be given at least one month in advance; if no notice is given, it will be extended for one more year with a salary increase linked to the CPI.
Wage scales and remuneration
Annex 1 includes the 2026 wage scale: groups I to III are paid monthly and groups IV and V daily. Among the most notable amounts:
- Managing director: €1,723.60/month; general manager: €1,485.35/month.
- First-class administration manager: €1,657.24/month; first-class officer (group II): €1,398.92/month.
- Commercial director: €1,473.15/month; salesperson: €1,155.84/month.
- Production and wrapping-enrobing: between €37.57 and €41.11/day; driver-delivery person: €41.11/day.
- Overtime hour in 2026: €11.23 (public holidays +20% and night hours +25%); night shift premium: €16.77/night.
For the following years, a salary review linked to the CPI is agreed with minimums of 2% in 2027 and 2.10% in 2028 and 2029. Three extra payments will be made (March, July and December) at the rate of thirty days of base salary, and travel allowances range between €2.98 and €35.76 depending on the case.
Leave and social protection
The agreement extends paid leave beyond the legal minimum: 15 days for marriage, 3 days for death of a spouse or child (5 if travel exceeds 150 km), 2 days for moving home, and an annual allowance of 12 hours to accompany minor children or older children with accredited dependency to medical appointments. It also includes a Joint Committee for interpretation and monitoring, a pension plan with a monthly contribution of €10 per worker, a supplement up to 100% of salary for temporary disability due to a work accident or occupational disease, and clauses on pay equality, zero tolerance towards harassment, and protection of the LGTBI community.
With retroactive effect from January 2026, the new labor framework gives stability to the workforce of the Villajoyosa facility for four years: it guarantees minimum increases linked to the CPI, strengthens work-life balance with leave and an hour bank, and regulates the disciplinary regime and partial retirement with a relief contract. Once deposited in the Alicante Collective Agreements Registry, its provisions are enforceable against both the company and the workers.
