The disciplinary regime classifies minor, serious, and very serious offenses, with sanctions ranging from a warning to suspension from employment and pay for up to 60 days or dismissal. The text also includes an equality plan and measures against harassment, with express adherence to the policies of the Parques Reunidos Group.
The publication closes the negotiation of the company’s fourth collective agreement and provides formal coverage, for four years, to a workforce characterized by seasonality and irregular working hours. The text consolidates the gradual reduction of the annual working day, links salary increases to the CPI, and reinforces employment stability with a floor of 70% permanent or long-term seasonal contracts.
