Tamajón aprueba la ordenanza que regula el uso de sus centros culturales

The Plenary of the Tamajón City Council approved on September 29, 2026, the regulatory ordinance for the public price for the assignment of the use of cultural centers, the rules for their use, and the recharging of utilities to the cultural and neighborhood associations of Tamajón, Almiruete, Muriel, and Palancares. The agreement, which is a provisional approval, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara No. 192, dated October 8, 2026, in document No. 2613, and opens a public exhibition period of thirty business days.

The regulation stems from the ordinary Plenary session held on September 29, 2026, and was signed in Tamajón on that same date by the mayor, Mr. Eugenio Esteban de la Morena. The published text contains the literal transcription of the plenary agreement, which consists of two resolutive points and refers to the municipal file for the full content of the ordinance.

Provisional approval and public exhibition process

The plenary agreement is structured into two points:

  • FIRST. To approve the regulatory agreement for the establishment and organization of public prices regarding the assignment of the use of cultural centers, the rules for their use, and the recharging of utilities to cultural and neighborhood associations of Tamajón, Almiruete, Muriel, and Palancares, as set out in the file.
  • SECOND. To exhibit the aforementioned agreement to the public via an announcement that will be posted on the municipal notice board for a period of thirty business days, counting from the day following the publication of said announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province, for informational purposes.

The announcement is published in the BOP of Guadalajara No. 192, corresponding to Thursday, October 8, 2026, such that the calculation of the period begins the day after that insertion. This is, therefore, a still provisional approval, subject to the public information process before acquiring a definitive character.

Consultation of the file and electronic office

Along with the exhibition period on the municipal notice board, the agreement provides that the documentation will be available to interested parties at the council’s electronic office, accessible at the address http://tamajon.sedelectronica.es.

  • Approving body: Plenary of the Tamajón City Council.
  • Session date: September 29, 2026.
  • Publication date: October 8, 2026.
  • Public exhibition period: thirty business days from the day following publication.
  • Place of consultation: municipal notice board and electronic office tamajon.sedelectronica.es.

What the ordinance regulates

The purpose of the agreement is threefold. First, it sets the public price that will apply to the transfer of use of the municipality’s cultural centers. Second, it establishes the rules for the use of these facilities. And third, it regulates the recharging of utility costs to cultural associations and neighborhood associations in the four aforementioned nuclei.

The subjective scope of the text therefore extends to the associative fabric of Tamajón and its nuclei of Almiruete, Muriel, and Palancares, entities that until now had been using the municipal cultural centers without a specific framework for pricing and the distribution of utility expenses.

The document is published in the announcements section of the provincial bulletin, under the heading City Councils, and is associated with the verification code 1821ae5a80976be94c2f0bf0e31f377d631832db, which allows its authenticity to be verified at the bulletin’s headquarters.

The approval of this ordinance directly affects the associative life of a municipality dispersed across four population nuclei. Cultural and neighborhood associations will now have a written reference regarding the cost of using the cultural centers and how utility costs are distributed, providing legal certainty for activities such as festivals, workshops, or neighborhood meetings. Furthermore, the period of thirty business days opens the door for the entities themselves and any interested resident to submit allegations or suggestions before the text is definitively approved.
