Por FactBox Admin

The Regional Ministerial Secretariat of Housing and Urbanism of La Araucanía has called for subsidy applications for the Housing and Neighborhood Improvement Program for social housing condominiums more than ten years old, through Exempt Resolution No. 671, dated July 21, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Chile No. 44,532 on August 24, 2026. The call is framed within Chapter Three: Projects for Housing Condominiums of Supreme Decree No. 27 (V. and U.), of 2016, and provides for a reduced application period of 15 days.
The call is addressed to social housing condominiums located in the La Araucanía Region that show deterioration and require repair, regularization, or improvement works for common areas. Co-ownerships that obtain the “Condominium Subject to the Program” certification—a fundamental access requirement—and that prove an age of more than ten years from the final reception certificate issued by the corresponding Works Directorate may apply.
Call conditions and subsidy amounts
The base subsidy for common area improvement projects is set at 96 UF per housing unit, with additional increases for specific works:
