Sanidad de Toledo publica 24 requerimientos por demandas de consumo sin notificar

The Provincial Health Delegation of Toledo, under the Ministry of Health of Castilla-La Mancha, has publicized 24 requirements regarding consumer demands addressed to companies and individuals who could not be notified at their last known address. The announcement, dated October 9, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) No. 201 of October 20, 2026, in section III of Other Provisions and Acts (pp. 37042-37043), with the official reference 2026/7433. The affected holders have a period of ten days to submit allegations.

The publication is based on articles 42, 44, and 46 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (BOE No. 236, of October 2, 2015), which enables notification via announcement in the official bulletin when personal notification could not be carried out. The text signed by the provincial delegate, Jaime David Corregidor Muñoz, expressly indicates that notification was attempted at the last known address without success, therefore resorting to the full publication of the list of files.

The 24 requirements correspond to 21 different holders, as Instalmonta Soluciones Energéticas, S.L. and Alferji Mobel S.L. each have two files, and the CIF 06959523E also appears in two proceedings. Most of the files are processed under the series SLHV/2025/TO and SLHV/2026/TO, while five retain the old numbering 45L005 and 45L006.

The procedure: ten days to allege

The complete file is held at the Provincial Delegation of Toledo of the Ministry of Health, located at Río Guadalmena Street, 2, 45071 Toledo. Before this body, interested parties may allege in writing whatever they deem appropriate for their defense and provide the required documents, as well as any they consider pertinent.

The period is ten days counting from the day following the publication of the announcement. Once this period has elapsed without the right to formulate allegations or propose evidence having been exercised, the Administration will continue with the processing of the files under the terms already agreed.

Territorial scope and effects

Although the instructing body is the Toledo delegation, the scope of the requests extends beyond the province: five files correspond to towns in the province of Toledo —Seseña, Yeles, Cazalegas, and Orgaz—, while the rest are distributed among Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante, Málaga, Seville, Córdoba, and Cáceres. The presence of companies domiciled outside of Castilla-La Mancha explains why personal notification was unsuccessful and why public announcement was chosen.

The request regarding consumption demand is the previous step to the resolution of the administrative file: the Administration requests the information or necessary correction from the holder to continue the processing. The lack of response does not halt the procedure, but rather enables it to be resolved with the available data.

The publication of this list has an immediate practical effect for those affected: the calculation of the period for submitting allegations begins to run from the day following October 20, 2026, such that anyone who does not appear before the Provincial Delegation of Toledo within that timeframe will lose the opportunity to provide evidence before a resolution is issued. For the rest of the sector’s operators, the announcement serves as a record of the sanctioning and consumer activity of the Regional Ministry of Health in the province and the identity of the companies with open proceedings.
