Por FactBox Admin

The General Directorate of Personnel and Professional Development of the Regional Health Management of Castilla y León (SACYL) has appointed permanent statutory personnel in eight categories of Specialist Graduates, with the assignment of the corresponding destination for each position. The decision is formalized in the Resolution of September 30, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León no. 194, of October 6, 2026, with reference BOCYL-D-06102026-194-5. The appointment applies to the candidates who passed the competitive examination process and fills positions from the stabilization process.
The process derives from Order SAN/1916/2022, of December 23, which convened the selection process for access to the status of permanent statutory personnel in positions for Specialist Graduates and other Health Graduates, within the framework provided in Law 20/2021, of December 28, on urgent measures for the reduction of temporary employment in the public sector.
The resolution is issued under article 32.2 of Law 2/2007, of March 7, of the Legal Statute of the Statutory Personnel of the Health Service of Castilla y León, and the delegation of powers established in Order SAN/1705/2007, of October 10. It was signed by the Director General of Personnel and Professional Development, Sonsoles García Rodríguez, in Valladolid, on September 30, 2026. The lists of candidates who passed the process were approved by Order SAN/385/2026, of April 27, and Order SAN/1347/2025, of November 24.

Seven excluded and one month to take office
Seven candidates who appeared on the lists of those who passed the process are excluded from the appointment: two from Family and Community Medicine, one from Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, three from Pediatrics, and one from Clinical Psychology. The reason is the failure to provide, within the granted period, the documentation provided for in base 8.21 of Order SAN/1916/2022 and in the second section of Order SAN/385/2026.
Those appointed have one month, counted from the day following the publication, to take office at the management office to which the awarded position is assigned. Once this period has elapsed without taking office, they shall forfeit the rights derived from their participation in the selection process, except in cases of duly accredited force majeure. At the act of taking office, they must make the declaration of incompatibilities provided for in Decree 227/1997, of November 20, and take an oath or promise in accordance with article 50 of Law 2/2007.
Against the resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within two months and, previously and optionally, a request for reversal before the Councilor for Health and Social Welfare within one month.
The publication consolidates the staff of the public health system of Castilla y León with 68 professionals who move to permanent positions in hospitals and health centers of the Community, and closes a new round of the stabilization process opened under Law 20/2021. For the affected healthcare workers, the text sets the calendar for taking office and the conditions of incompatibility; for the remaining candidates, it leaves open the route for administrative and judicial appeal.
