Validity and scope of application
The new agreement has retroactive effects from March 1, 2025, and will remain in force until February 29, 2028, fully replacing the previous agreement, which covered the period from March 1, 2022, to February 28, 2025. The negotiation that led to the text began on December 5, 2024.

Joint Commission and conflict resolution
The parties agree to establish a Joint Commission composed of three representatives from each party, responsible for clarifying and interpreting the provisions of the agreement. The commission must be established within thirty days of the signing and must issue a ruling within a maximum of two months after the request, except in cases of non-application of working conditions, where the period is reduced to seven days.
For the resolution of disputes, a two-stage stepped process is established, with meetings within periods of five to eight days, and, as a last resort, the parties submit to mediation before the Interconfederal Mediation and Arbitration Service (SIMA), in accordance with the VI Agreement on the Autonomous Resolution of Labour Conflicts.
Employment and safety conditions
The agreement regulates the general conditions of employment, including health and safety in accordance with Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, training and minimum performance levels, and the obligations of the flight crew. It provides for the reimbursement of the cost of the annual renewal of the first-class medical certificate, and establishes the branch office at C/ Núñez Morgado 6 Bajo, 28036 Madrid.
The signing of the resolution corresponds, by delegation, to the Deputy Director General of Labor Relations, Rafael Martínez de la Gándara, in Madrid, on August 28, 2026.
The publication of this third collective agreement provides legal certainty to the labor relations of easyJet pilots in Spain and updates the working conditions of a key group in the aviation sector, within a context of strong activity by low-cost airlines in the Spanish market.
