Working hours, vacations and calendar

The agreement establishes an annual working day of 1,730 hours, to be performed from Monday to Saturday, with a daily 30-minute break computable as effective work. Vacations will be 30 calendar days, with fifteen days in summer (between July 1 and August 31) and the remainder distributed throughout the year.

  • Holy Saturday and the afternoon prior to Saint Peter’s Day are considered holidays computable as effective work.
  • On December 24 and 31, the afternoon shift will be a holiday, with 50% of the staff enjoying each day.
  • The labor calendar will be negotiated between the workers’ representation and the company before the end of the first quarter of the application year.

Remuneration and economic conditions

The parties agree to annual salary increases of 2.90% for 2026 and 2.95% for 2027, applied retroactively from January 2026 to the concepts in Annex II. Back payments resulting from the signing may be paid in the three months following the signature.

  • Two extraordinary payments of thirty days of base salary and seniority, paid in June and December.
  • Non-cumulative seniority supplement, from 9% at six years up to 50% at thirty years.
  • Extra-salary bonus for clothing and currency exchange loss, distributed in twelve monthly installments.
  • Per diems and 0.19 euros per kilometer for travel with a private vehicle.
  • Death and disability insurance for occupational accidents with a capital of 20,000 euros.

Professional groups and disciplinary regime

Annex I structures the workforce into two professional groups, support and operational, with four salary levels (N-1 to N-4): Head of Service, Administrative Assistant, Maintenance Technician, Inspector, and ORA Controller. The system of misconduct and sanctions classifies breaches as minor, serious, and very serious, with statutes of limitations of ten, twenty, and sixty days, respectively.

The Joint Parity Commission, composed of two union representatives and two company representatives, will be responsible for the interpretation and monitoring of the agreement, as a prior and mandatory step before administrative and jurisdictional channels in collective disputes. Discrepancies will be submitted to the III Interprofessional Agreement (ASACL III) of Castilla y León.

The publication of the agreement guarantees legal certainty for the workers of the regulated parking in Zamora, whose labor and salary conditions are updated for the next two years, in a municipally managed service of daily use for drivers and residents of the city.
