Framework in the State’s legal advisory
The entry of Ravi Fernando Pina Afonso Pereira occurs during a period of intense activity for CEJURE in the 2nd series of the Diário da República. On September 29, 2026, the body published a notice with the nominative list of remuneration repositioning for workers in the career of senior technician specialist in transversal coordination of administration and public policies, signed by the deputy director Virgínia Maria Barbosa da Silva, acting on behalf of the director. On September 30, Order no. 11912/2026 was published, authorizing deputy director Raul Relvas Moreira to combine the position with teaching at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
The appointment reinforces the CEJURE consulting team with a jurist who has a background in the Constitutional Court and the Ombudsman’s Office, central areas in the defense of administrative legality. For readers, the order is relevant because it defines, for two years and effective from October 1, who integrates the structure that advises and represents the State in disputes in which it is a party.
