Radio Taxi Cantabria applies a salary increase of 3.30% in 2026

The Directorate General of Labor, Social Economy, and Self-Employment has ordered the registration in the Registry of Collective Agreements and the publication of the agreement updating the 2026 salary tables of the collective agreement of Radio Taxi Cantabria Sociedad Limitada, with an increase of 3.30% over the 2025 remuneration. The resolution, with reference CVE-2026-7904 and code 39001312011988, appears in the Official Gazette of Cantabria number 196, dated October 13, 2026, in section 7.3 of statutes and collective agreements, pages 52079 to 52081. The text bears the signature of the Director General of Labor, Social Economy, and Self-Employment, Jaime Gonzalo Alonso Rozadilla, and is dated in Santander on October 5, 2026.

The resolution is issued under article 90 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the Revised Text of the Workers’ Statute Law, and articles 2 and 8 of Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the Registration and Deposit of Collective Agreements, Collective Labor Agreements, and Equality Plans. The regional competence derives from Royal Decree 1900/1996, of August 2, on the transfer of functions and services to the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, and the reorganization decrees of the ministries 6/2023, of July 7, and 54/2023, of July 20.

The file corresponds to the Ministry of Industry, Employment, Innovation, and Trade of the Government of Cantabria. According to the published text, the Directorate General had reviewed the corrections submitted in the REGCON registry on October 1 and 2, 2026, before ordering the deposit and publication of the agreement.

The agreement of the negotiating commission

The negotiating commission of the agreement met at 9:00 AM on July 24, 2026, at the company’s facilities, located at calle La Prensa, no number (warehouses 4 and 5), Santander, postal code 39012. The following participated in the meeting:

• María Pilar Terán Gámez, for the employer representation.
• Roxana Vasiliu, for the union representation.

The approved agreement applies the provisions of article 17 of the current agreement: the increase over the 2025 table is set at the same percentage applied to the municipal taxi fares of the city of Santander. For 2026, that percentage is 3.30%. The minutes also authorize María Pilar Terán Gámez to present the copies of the agreement to the Directorate General of Labor of Cantabria for registration purposes.

The new salary tables

Annex I contains the monthly base salary and the annual gross salary for full-time employment, including extra payments. The amounts set for 2026 are as follows:

• Management, Administration, and Human Resources: 1,854.53 euros per month and 27,817.99 euros per year.
• Supervisor: 1,785.71 euros per month and 26,785.58 euros per year.
• Administration pay level A+: 1,579.11 euros per month and 23,686.58 euros per year.
• Administration pay level A: 1,475.81 euros per month and 22,137.08 euros per year.
• Administration pay level B: 1,300.78 euros per month and 19,511.80 euros per year.
• Administration pay level C: 1,198.61 euros per month and 17,979.13 euros per year.
• Commercial area, level A: 1,164.98 euros per month and 17,474.55 euros per year.
• Cleaning area, level A: 1,141.54 euros per month and 17,123.01 euros per year.
• Repairs and Workshop, level A: 1,940.93 euros per month and 29,114.05 euros per year.
• Repairs and Workshop, level B+: 1,716.76 euros per month and 25,751.35 euros per year.
• Repairs and Workshop, level B: 1,492.57 euros per month and 22,388.62 euros per year.
• Repairs and Workshop, level C: 1,367.80 euros per month and 20,469.70 euros per year.
• Radiotelephony, level A+: 1,348.14 euros per month and 20,222.01 euros per year.
• Radiotelephony, levels A and B: 1,164.98 and 1,141.54 euros per month, respectively, with salaries adjusted to the current SMI (Minimum Interprofessional Wage).

Processing and effects

The General Directorate agrees on two actions: to order the registration of the agreement in the Registry of Collective Agreements, Collective Labor Agreements, and Equality Plans of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, with its corresponding deposit, and to arrange for its publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. The annex of tables is dated December 2025 and bears the signatures of the employer representation and the workers’ representation.

The update has a direct effect on the remuneration of the staff of Radio Taxi Cantabria Sociedad Limitada, who will see the new amounts applied during the 2026 fiscal year. Publication in the official gazette confirms the validity and general effectiveness of the agreement and allows workers and union representation to verify the amounts that must appear on the payrolls.
