Publicado el convenio colectivo 2026-2028 de Transportes Generales Comes

The General Directorate of Labor, Safety and Occupational Health of the Regional Government of Andalusia (Junta de Andalucía) has resolved to publish the Collective Agreement of Transportes Generales Comes, S.A., 2026-2028. The decision is contained in the Resolution of October 26, 2026, and is disseminated in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia (BOJA) no. 211, dated October 30, 2026, with the official reference text no. 14263 and a length of 21 pages.

The announcement is inserted in section 3 of “Other provisions” of the gazette, under the heading of the Ministry of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment, upon which the signing body depends. With this insertion, the administrative procedure for the publicity of the agreement reached within the company is completed, such that the text becomes part of the official repertoire of agreements and acquires general effectiveness for the affected parties.

Andalusia habitually publishes company-level and sector-level agreements deposited before the labor authority in its gazette, a mechanism that provides legal certainty to companies and workers. That of Transportes Generales Comes, S.A. is thus incorporated into the 2026 labor regulatory body within the scope of passenger transport.

A three-year agreement for the entire workforce

The agreement covers the 2026-2028 period, that is, three full fiscal years, and replaces the previous regulation of labor relations within the company. The published resolution is not an agreement negotiated by the Administration, but rather the administrative act that orders the full insertion of the text agreed upon between the company management and the workers’ representation.

The official publication affects the entire workforce of the company and, by extension, the organization of work in an activity—passenger transport—that operates under enabling titles and administrative contracts subject to service conditions. Any change in working hours, breaks, shifts, or professional categories therefore impacts the daily provision of the service.

Chronology and official insertion data

  • Resolution of October 26, 2026, issued by the General Directorate of Labor, Safety and Occupational Health.
  • Publication in BOJA no. 211, corresponding to Friday, October 30, 2026, Year XLVIII.
  • Location: section 3, “Other provisions”, within the Ministry of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment.
  • Document identification: text no. 14263, with 21 pages of content.
  • Validity of the articles: 2026-2028.

Four days separate the signing of the resolution and its appearance in the regional bulletin, an interval that corresponds to the layout process and the uploading of the full text into the official summary. The length of the agreement is typical of an accord with detailed articles, tables, and annexes, which are common in agreements for transport companies with workforces distributed across several centers.

Workers, unions, and users

The agreement is primarily of interest to the workforce of Transportes Generales Comes, S.A., whose working conditions will be governed by the new text for the next three years. It also affects union representatives, who are called upon to interpret and monitor its application in the workplaces and in the monitoring committees that the agreement itself may provide for.

The impact transcends the internal sphere of the company: the stability of working conditions in a passenger transport operator is directly related to the regularity of the service that citizens use for their intercity travel. Therefore, the publication in the BOJA has not only legal value, but also practical value as a public and consultable reference for the framework that regulates this activity.

The full text of the Collective Agreement of Transportes Generales Comes, S.A., 2026-2028 can be consulted on the pages of the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (Boletín Oficial de la Junta de Andalucía) no. 211, dated October 30, 2026, where it appears headed by the resolution ordering its publication and with the reference text no. 14263. From now on, workers and the company have a negotiated and officially published framework for the next three years, which reduces uncertainty regarding employment conditions in the passenger transport sector in Andalusia.
