Por FactBox Admin

The Official Gazette of Aragon publishes in issue number 201, dated October 16, 2026, the Resolution of September 30, 2026, from the Director General of Labor, Jesús Divassón Mendívil, agreeing to the registration, deposit, and publication of the modification agreement of the Collective Agreement of the Aragonese Radio and Television Corporation and its companies. The agreement, signed by the business representation and the legal representation of the workers, extends the notice period for termination under Article 5 of the agreement. The text appears in Section III, Other Provisions and Agreements, with the official reference BOA20261016016.
One month instead of three to terminate the agreement
The modification affects Article 5 of the agreement, dedicated to terminations. According to the minutes of the negotiating commission, the text is drafted as follows: the agreement “shall be automatically extended, unless one of the parties terminates it with one month’s notice, instead of three months, prior to its expiration.”
The agreement takes effect and enters into force from the date of its adoption, September 29, 2026, without prejudice to the registration, deposit, and publication procedures that may be legally applicable.
The affected agreement is listed under code 72000363012009 and its scope covers the public radio and television corporation and its companies.
The negotiating commission
The extraordinary meeting was held in Zaragoza at 3:00 PM on September 29, 2026. Representing the General Directorate, the following attended:
- Ana M.ª Barrieras, Director of Human Resources.
- Cristina Gómez, Director of Administration and Finance.
- Javier Martínez, Director of Marketing and Business.
Representing the workers:
- José Antonio Franco, CARTV staff representative for UGT.
- Vanessa Domingo, CARTV staff representative for UGT.
- Marta Marco, CARTV staff representative for UGT.
- Borja Rodrigo, RAA staff representative for SOA.
- Bruno Aceña, RAA staff representative for SOA.
- Javier Gastón, member of the TVAA Works Council for CCOO.
- David Larrodera, member of the TVAA Works Council for UGT.
The absence of Natalia Huerta, RAA staff representative for SOA, was noted, with mutual and joint delegation among the three staff representatives, as well as that of Lorena Perales, member of the TVAA Works Council for UGT, who expressly delegated her representation and vote to David Larrodera. The session delegated the communication procedure to the labor authority to Blanca Miramón.
Administrative processing
The request for modification was submitted electronically to the General Directorate of Labor on September 28, 2026, and the required correction was provided on September 30, 2026. The resolution is based on articles 90.2 and 90.3 of the consolidated text of the Workers’ Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23; article 2.1 of Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of agreements, collective labor agreements, and equality plans; and article 5.2 of Decree 171/2010, of September 21, of the Government of Aragon.
The resolution orders the registration and deposit of the minutes in the Registry of agreements, collective labor agreements, and equality plans, attached to the General Directorate of Labor, with notification to the negotiating commission, and provides for its publication in the Official Gazette of Aragon.
The change grants the company and the workforce a greater margin to decide whether to denounce the agreement, as they may do so up to one month before expiration instead of three. For the staff of the Aragonese public radio and television, the new deadline reduces the notice period for communicating the opening of negotiations for a future agreement.
