Interested entities have a period of fifteen days, counting from the day following the publication of the summary, to submit their applications.
Regulatory Framework and Issuing Body

The summary is published pursuant to Articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the General Grants Law, with the identifier BDNS 932144 in the National Grants Database.
The stated objective is to strengthen the local associative fabric and facilitate projects and activities that expand and complement the municipal offering. The call is signed by the Mayor-President, Juan Antonio García Torres, and the total amount is charged to budget application 334 480 of the current municipal budget.

- Have a registered office in the municipality or, failing that, execute projects or activities in a noticeable and stable manner within it.

Each entity may only submit one application, via the general registry or through the electronic registry of the municipal electronic office, accompanied by the standardized application form (Annex I), the responsible declaration (Annex II), the project report (Annex III), and supporting documentation regarding constitution, representation, registry enrollment, and bank account ownership.
Amounts, Expenses, and Evaluation Criteria
Up to 100% of the project expenses may be subsidized, with an individual maximum per association of 1,800.00 euros. Expenses incurred between January 1 and December 31, 2026, which must be paid before the latter date, will be eligible for subsidies. Cash payments, as well as expenses for excursions and cultural trips outside the locality, are not permitted, except for essential travel included in the budget.
Projects will be evaluated based on a maximum of 100 points and will need at least 50 to receive aid; the total amount will be distributed proportionally among those who reach this minimum score. The criteria are:
- Continuity of the entity in the municipality (up to 10 points).
- Impact of the activity or project (up to 10 points).
- Projection of the action (up to 10 points).
- Technical, human, and material resources (up to 10 points).
- Organizational effort (up to 10 points).
- Revaluation of cultural, ethnographic, and natural heritage, innovation, or environmental conservation (up to 10 points).

- Number of association members (up to 5 points).
The evaluation is carried out by a collegiate body composed of a representative of the Presidency of the Corporation, the delegated Councilor, the Secretary of the Corporation, the Employment and Local Development Agent, and a representative of the Comptroller’s Office. The resolution is the responsibility of the Presidency of the City Council, which must issue it within a maximum period of three months from the end of the application period; if this period passes without express notification, it will be understood as rejected by administrative silence. Correctable defects will be communicated with a deadline of ten business days.
Justification and control
The execution of the activity and the submission of the supporting documentation must be carried out before December 31, 2026, using the Annex IV form, certificates of being up to date with the Treasury and Social Security, invoices and proof of payment by transfer, and graphic material proving the dissemination of the municipal corporate image. Failure to comply with the justification obligations will lead to the initiation of the procedure to recover the amount received or not justified.
The call for applications represents a direct financing route for the associative movement of Oliva de la Frontera, which may cover up to the total cost of its projects of social, cultural, sporting, or environmental interest. The proportional distribution and the minimum threshold of 50 points condition access to the available credit, therefore the quality of the report and the trajectory of each entity will be decisive in obtaining aid before the close of the fiscal year.
