The Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 202, dated Wednesday, October 21, 2026, publishes the correction of errors for the publication of the IX Collective Agreement for Offices and Studios of the province of Huesca. The correction incorporates the salary tables for the years 2025, 2026, and 2027, which did not appear in the initially disseminated text. The resolution is signed by the Provincial Sub-directorate of Labor of Huesca, under the Department of Economy, Competitiveness, and Employment of the Government of Aragon.
A correction under Law 39/2015
The resolution recalls that the text of the agreement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca on October 19, 2026, but that insertion was incomplete: the salary tables for the three fiscal years were missing. In accordance with Article 109 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the Provincial Sub-directorate of Labor corrects the publication.
The adopted agreement consists of two points: to correct the publication resolution of the text of the IX Collective Agreement for Offices and Studios of the province of Huesca, with agreement code 22000885012005, and to arrange for the publication of the correction in the provincial gazette. The document is dated in Huesca on October 19, 2026, and is signed by the provincial sub-director of Labor, Ana Maurel Garcés.
Increases of 2.9%, 3.5%, and 3.5%
The tables are organized into five professional groups and establish the monthly salary, annual salary calculated based on fourteen payments, and hourly salary, with a reference workday of 1,782 annual hours in 2025 and 2026 and 1,770 hours in 2027.
- 2025, with an increase of 2.9%: higher degree graduate, 1,661.20 euros per month (23,256.80 per year); medium degree graduate and senior head, 1,429.21 euros; first-class official, 1,302.81 euros; assistant, office specialist, general services official, and cleaning staff, 1,184.00 euros.
- 2026, with an increase of 3.5%: higher degree graduate, 1,719.34 euros per month (24,070.76 per year); medium degree graduate and senior head, 1,479.23 euros; first-class official, 1,348.41 euros; assistant and cleaning staff, 1,225.44 euros.
- 2027, with an increase of 3.5%: higher degree graduate, 1,779.52 euros per month (24,913.28 per year); medium degree graduate and senior head, 1,531.00 euros; first-class official, 1,395.60 euros; assistant and cleaning staff, 1,268.33 euros.
Agreement bonus, per diems, and holidays
The annexes also update the supplements. The agreement bonus increases from 66.34 euros per month (796.08 per year) in 2025 to 68.66 euros (823.94) in 2026 and to 71.07 euros (852.78) in 2027.
Regarding travel and allowances, meals outside the locality are compensated with 24.52 euros in 2025, 25.38 in 2026, and 26.27 in 2027; lunch or dinner with overnight stay with 77.83, 80.55, and 83.37 euros respectively. The weekend and holiday bonus is set at 81.65 euros in 2025, 84.51 in 2026, and 87.47 in 2027.
Paid professional groups
The remuneration structure maintains the five groups of the agreement: graduates (group I), administrative staff (group II), office technicians (group III), office specialists (group IV), and various trades (group V). Within these are categories such as IT team leader, office technician coordinator, office technicians, office specialist head, department manager, supervisor, various trades official, and cleaning staff.
The correction comes after the agreement was published without its economic annexes, meaning that until now, companies and the sector’s workforce lacked the official text containing the amounts. With this rectification, the salary references for 2025, 2026, and 2027 are entered into the registry and published with official validity for all offices and firms in the province of Huesca.
