Its validity extends from January 1 to December 31, 2026, with economic effects retroactive to the beginning of the year and tacit extension until the signing of a new agreement.
Scope and working day
The agreement affects all work centers of Nuter, SAU located in the province of Álava, and covers all personnel providing services on behalf of the company, regardless of their professional category. The agreed economic conditions are understood for a working day of 1,723 hours per year, the calendar of which must be finalized before December 23 and is agreed upon with the staff delegates.
Regarding rest, workers shall enjoy 30 calendar days of paid vacation per year, preferably in the months of July and August, with an extension of two additional days when the modification of dates is communicated more than thirty days in advance.
Remuneration and objectives
The agreement sets for 2026 a salary increase with an advance payment of 3 percent on salaries as of December 31, 2025, pending the final increase to be known in January 2027. To this is added a consolidatable variable collective increase linked to the objective of in-person hours:
- In-person hours exceeding 91.5%: CPI + 0.5 points.
- In-person hours exceeding 92.9%: CPI + 1 point.
- In-person hours exceeding 93.9%: CPI + 1.5 points.
Additionally, a non-consolidatable individual payment is established for those who meet presence objectives: 350 euros gross if they exceed 96% of in-person hours and 700 euros if they exceed 98%, concepts which are not cumulative. The statistics for in-person hours will be published monthly on the company’s notice board.
Supplements and social conditions
The agreement also regulates remuneration and indemnity supplements, including the distance allowance, which is increased to 0.10 euros per kilometer, and the use of a private vehicle, paid at 0.53 euros per kilometer. Per diem expenses derived from professional activities outside the company environment will be covered by the company upon presentation of invoices.
On the social level, workers will be entitled to a mandatory and free annual medical check-up during working hours, and the text incorporates a chapter dedicated to the promotion of women’s employment and equal opportunities, with monitoring by the joint commission. The negotiating commission of the agreement was composed, on behalf of the company, by A. S. and O. C., and by the staff representatives J. M. H. and A. S.
Relevance
Publication in the BOTHA grants normative efficacy to the agreement and guarantees its application to the entire workforce of Nuter, SAU in Álava, in a context where remuneration is partially conditioned by the evolution of the CPI and attendance objectives. For the company’s workers, the text clearly establishes the salary tables, supplements, and leaves, and protects the most beneficial personal conditions already consolidated.
