Por FactBox Admin

The Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) has published the registration and full text of the new Collective Agreement for Service Stations of the Comunitat Valenciana 2026-2029, which will regulate the labor conditions of the sector for the next four years. The publication is carried out through the Resolution of August 17, 2026, of the Directorate General of Labor, Cooperativism, and Occupational Safety, which orders its registration in the Registry and Deposit of Collective Agreements, Collective Labor Agreements, and Equality Plans.
The text appears in DOGV number 10435, dated August 24, 2026, within section III (Administrative Acts), section C) Other matters, with official reference DOGV-C-2026-27342 and registration code 80000185011992. The resolution is signed by the director general, Maria Lurueña Ruiz.
Negotiating parties and scope of application
The agreement has been signed by the negotiating commission composed, on the employer side, by the Mediterranean Federation of Service Stations (FEDMES) and, on the social side, by the Federation of Industry, Construction, and Agro of the Valencian Country (UGT-FICA-PV) and CCOO Industria-PV.
- Functional scope: all companies with workplaces in the Comunitat Valenciana dedicated to the supply of fuels and combustibles, including convenience stores, car wash, lubrication, and cafeteria services.
- Personal scope: all workers employed by the affected companies.
- Temporal scope: validity from January 1, 2026, until December 31, 2029, with automatic annual extension if not denounced at least one month in advance.
Working hours and remuneration
The agreement sets an annual working day of 1,752 hours effective from January 1, 2027, while the regulation of the previous agreement is maintained during 2026. A minimum break of fifteen minutes is established when the continuous daily shift exceeds six hours, counted as effective working time.
Regarding wages, Article 38 establishes a multi-year path of increases:
- 2026: increase of 3.5% over 2025 values, with a maximum additional 1.5% if the year-on-year CPI in December exceeds 3.5%.
- 2027: increase of 2.5%, with a maximum additional 1% according to CPI.
- 2028: increase of 2%, with a cumulative CPI review clause.
- 2029: increase of 2%, with a mechanism to compensate for CPI deviations.
Additionally, supplements are maintained such as the seniority bonus, the “ex tabla” supplement as a personal guarantee that is neither absorbable nor compensable, and the night shift remuneration for hours worked between 22:00 and 7:00.
Disciplinary regime and prevention
The agreement regulates a comprehensive regime of misconduct and sanctions, graded as minor, serious, and very serious according to their importance, significance, voluntariness, and malice. Minor misconduct includes unjustified delays, brief abandonment of the post without authorization, or non-compliance with safety regulations that do not entail serious risk.
Regarding prevention, a sectoral occupational health commission is created with equal representation and quarterly meetings, and specific security measures are provided for day and night shifts, such as connection to alarm centers, video recording circuits, security guard services, or security enclosures for the night collection box.
Impact of the agreement
The new agreement provides stability to a strategic sector of the Comunitat Valenciana, which employs thousands of workers and companies dedicated to the sale of fuels and complementary activities. The establishment of a multi-year salary path with CPI revision clauses, together with the regulation of working hours and the disciplinary regime, provides predictability for both workers and companies in the sector during the 2026-2029 period.
