Por FactBox Admin

The Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete, number 99, dated August 26, 2026, publishes the announcement from the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment in Albacete of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha regarding the filing and registration of the new collective agreement of the Official College of Pharmacists of Albacete, with agreement code 02000322011990, effective from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027.

The text was agreed upon by the Board of Directors of the college, chaired by Pablo Silvestre Molina, representing the company, and by José Luis López Cifuentes, as Staff Representative. The announcement, signed on August 4, 2026, by the provincial delegate Nicolás Merino Azorí, is processed in accordance with Article 90 of the Workers’ Statute (recast text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23) and Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements.

Scope and Validity

The agreement is exclusively applicable to the company Official College of Pharmacists of Albacete and affects all employees, regardless of the nature of their contract. It enters into force for all purposes on January 1, 2026, with a duration of two years, and its remunerative effects apply from that same date.

The agreed conditions are minimums and form an organic and indivisible whole. Either party may terminate the agreement in the two months prior to the end of its effects, via written communication to the other party.

Professional Classification and Working Hours

The staff is integrated into three professional groups, defined according to training, qualification, and the content of the service provided:

  • Professional Group I. Drug Information Center (C.I.M.): personnel with a Degree or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, including Technical Direction and Pharmacist positions.
  • Professional Group II. Administration and Finance: Administrative Management and Secretariat, Assistant Secretariat, and administrative staff.
  • Professional Group III. Billing: Billing Management, billing staff and Assistant Secretariat, and official administrative staff.

The maximum effective working day shall be 1,792 hours on an annual basis, not exceeding nine ordinary daily hours. The schedule is adapted to that of pharmacy offices, with a split shift in the morning and afternoon, and the billing department carries out a weekly workday of 37.5 hours. During the local Fair (from September 7 to 17), the schedule will be from 8:00 to 13:00 hours for all staff.

Remuneration

A salary increase of 3% is applied for the years 2026 and 2027. The salary structure consists of base salary, seniority (triennials of 5% of the base salary, up to 60%), extraordinary payments, incentives, and bonuses. Notable supplements include:

  • Team Leadership Bonus: €407.81 per month in 2026 and €420.04 in 2027.
  • IT Billing Control Bonus: €118.13 in 2026 and €121.67 in 2027.
  • Special Dedication Incentive: €425.41 in 2026 and €438.17 in 2027.

In the attached salary table, monthly base salaries for 2026 range from €2,674.25 for the Technical Direction of the C.I.M. to €1,430.49 for official administrative staff, with the Pharmacist at €2,122.25 and the Administrative Leadership and Secretariat at €2,229.22. For 2027, the amounts increase by the agreed 3%.

Work-Life Balance and Equality

The agreement regulates 26 working days of paid vacation, unpaid leave from 15 days to three months, and the accumulation of breastfeeding leave into full days. It also includes an extensive block on gender equality and non-discrimination, with measures for employment access, hiring, and remuneration, as well as the commitment to implement, within six months, a planned set of measures for the equality of LGBTI people in accordance with Royal Decree 1026/2024, of October 8. A protocol of action against sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, and moral harassment is also established, the confirmation of which is classified as a very serious infringement.

Publication in the official bulletin provides publicity and effectiveness to the agreement, which had already been agreed upon with immediate executivity regarding remuneration and scheduling. The agreement directly affects the college workers and, through provincial pharmaceutical dispensing, the pharmacy offices of Albacete, which will be guaranteed support and assistance from the college during the 2026-2027 biennium.
