Neuraptic SL enters liquidation and insolvency dissolution
Por FactBox Admin

Registered fact
The limited company Neuraptic SL, domiciled in Pamplona, has been declared in voluntary insolvency proceedings with direct opening of the liquidation phase and dissolution, as recorded in the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry number 157, corresponding to Monday, 17 August 2026. The act was registered under reference BORME-A-2026-157-31, entry number 381523, in Section One (Business Owners) of the BORME.
The judicial decision giving rise to this registration is the order issued on 15 July 2026 by the Commercial Court number 0 of the Commercial Section of the Court of First Instance Plaza No. 1 of Pamplona/Iruña, presided over by Judge Ana Ávila Hierro. This concerns insolvency proceedings 286/2026, declared as voluntary insolvency and currently not final.
Procedural modality and resolutions adopted
The court order applies the special procedure for micro-enterprises regulated in the current insolvency legislation. The two main resolutions registered are:
- Opening of the special procedure for micro-enterprises, in accordance with Law 16/2022 on insolvency reform, which establishes a simplified regime for debtors meeting certain size requirements.
- Opening of the liquidation phase, which implies that the company may not continue its ordinary activity and must proceed with the orderly disposal of its assets to satisfy creditors.
- Dissolution of the company, which entails the termination of the legal personality of Neuraptic SL and the commencement of the process of deregistration from the registry.
The commercial registry records the dissolution under the cause “Other Causes”, indicating that this is not a dissolution due to losses reaching the share capital nor due to other specific causes provided for in the articles of association, but rather due to the court order directing the insolvency liquidation.
Corporate registry background of the company
According to data from the Central Commercial Registry, Neuraptic SL (HNA 40036, sheet NA-40036) has undergone a series of corporate modifications in recent years preceding this insolvency situation. In January 2026, the company had completed a capital increase that raised the subscribed capital to EUR 102,428.00, a transaction formalised in accordance with the Shareholders Register Book.
In February 2026, just a few weeks before the declaration of insolvency, ATICUS CORPORATE SL ceased to be a member of the board of directors. Likewise, since November 2023 the company had been recognised as an emerging enterprise under Law 28/2022, with a benefit period of seven years, a circumstance that is surprising given the current outcome.
Regime of non-finality and status of the proceedings
The registration of the competition has been carried out with the warning that the court decision is not final, which means that there is a possibility that the company or a creditor may file an appeal against the order. The lack of finality is a standard annotation in these cases, in accordance with Article 240 of the Civil Procedure Act, and does not prevent the liquidation from commencing, although acts of disposal carried out during this period will be subject to the outcome of the appeal.
The publication in the BORME has constitutive effects against third parties: from today, any third party may claim lack of knowledge of the insolvency situation. The case number 286/2026 allows creditors to identify the file and submit their claims within the period established for the debtor company.
