Municipality of Santa Ana notifies delinquent owners regarding works and fines

The Municipality of Santa Ana, through its Local Government, publishes for a second time a notification by edict addressed to the owners and possessors of properties in the canton who have failed to fulfill the duties established in Article 84 of the Municipal Code, Law 7794. The measure is adopted under the powers conferred by Article 85ter of the Municipal Code, and proceeds because the addresses of the affected taxpayers are unknown. Notified parties are warned that they must carry out the required work or labor within the period indicated in the “Deadline business days” column; otherwise, upon expiration, the corresponding quarterly fine will be charged to their urban services account, which will be repeated quarterly as long as the omission persists.
